Rebecca Lindgren
I have enjoyed art and creative writing for most of my life. I have worked in oil, pastel, watercolor, acrylic, collage, mixed media, photography, and clay.
As I worked for the state of Washington for 25 years, I slowly kept taking college courses until I finally earned a degree and a teaching certificate in Art and English. Since I could barely get Kindergarteners to line up, as adorable as they were, I continued to work for WA State! In 2015, I moved to Texas, where my mother was born, to be nearer to my only child and her family who live in Austin. After 30 years in the gorgeous and quite gray Pacific NW, I am loving sunny Texas. I especially enjoyed taking up my artistic endeavors once again. I love a bit of whimsy and hope you enjoy my art.
