  • I understand that my child(ren) whose names are listed may be photographed at Llano Fine Art Guild.
  • I understand that these photographs may be used in newsletters or posted on the website and/or Facebook page.
  • I give my permission for my child(ren)'s photographs to be posted in newsletters or on the Llano Fine Art Guild website and/or Facebook page.  (When names are added, only first names will be used)
